Italian Fudge Roll Crust 1 8oz brick of cream cheese 2 sticks of butter 2 cups of flour. Mix into a very soft dough and refridgerate for 30 minutes - after it is chilled roll out on powdered sugar into a rectangle. Filling A one pound bag of semi sweet chocolate chips 2/3 cup of sweeten condensed milk A 8oz bag of chopped walnuts Melt together in double boiler until smooth Spread filling down the center of the rectangle and pull up both sides to wrap the fudge inside. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Cool for several hours and then slice * This recipe freezes really well but I do not slice the logs if I am going to freeze them.

Have a little problem this Thanksgiving!!!  My marshmallows are "HARD"  so I found this solution on Taste of Home Community posts: You can soften marshmallows that have hardened by holding the closed bag under running hot water, or dipping into a pan of hot water for a few minutes. Just make sure the bag is sealed well. The moisture that builds is just enough to soften the marshmallows right up. Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Chocolate Chip Reese's Cheesecake Bars 2 tubes cookie dough (16 oz each) 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese 12 Reese's peanut butter cups 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 tbsp vanilla extract Recipe: Flatten 1 tube of cookie dough on the bottom of a 9x9 square baking pan. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extra in separate bowl until smooth. Lay 3 rows of 4 Reese's cups on top of the cooking dough. Pour and spread the cheesecake filling on top of the Reese's Lay another flattened layer of cookie dough on top Bake at 300 F for 45 min After chilling, cut into bars and don't share any with your friends. Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Bacon Bombs INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken (we used rotisserie) 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce 2 tablespoons ranch dressing 1 can of biscuits (or a batch of homemade) 8 slices bacon 5 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes RECIPE Preheat oven to 350°F Mix chicken, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, tossing to coat chicken. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; press each into a flat round. To make each bomb, place 1 large tablespoon of buffalo chicken in the center of a flattened biscuit. Top with 1 cheese cube. Pull edges of biscuit up and over filling; pinch seams to seal securely. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around bundle. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm. Found BuzzFeed Food on Facebook

**revision made 10/18/2015 Cream Cheese Filling 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into 8 to 10 pieces 6 tablespoons (2 1/2 ounces) sugar 1 large egg yolk 1 1/2 tablespoons (1/2 ounce) unbleached all-purpose flour Finely grate zest of 1/2 lemon 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract **I Beat cream cheese till creamy and no lumps also beat egg yolk before placing all ingredients together.   Baking the Cream Cheese Pastry at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Pastries should be golden brown and puffed up AND if you go to my Pinterest under Pastry you will find an easy Homemade Puff Pastry recipe that can be made in 15 MINUTES. https://www.pinterest.com/cswitz685/pastry/

2 large bananas 1/4 cup nat­ural peanut but­ter 1/2 cup choco­late chips 2 tbsp-1/4 cup milk of choice Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper or parch­ment. Slice bananas into coins about 1/2–3/4 inch thick. Spread a lit­tle dol­lop of peanut but­ter (or nut butter of your choice) on top of each one. In a small bowl, com­bine the choco­late chips and milk (remem­ber, less is more). Microwave (you can call use a double boiler on low heat) in 15 sec­ond incre­ments until you can whisk them together. You want it to be dipping con­sis­tency, not spread­able. Add a splash more milk if nec­es­sary. Dip the banana chunks using a fork as a lit­tle chocolate-coating fork­lift, dip­ping them into the melted choco­late. Place choco­late coated bananas on the pre­pared sheet and place in freezer until com­pletely frozen (3–5 hours). Remove frozen banana chunks from the sheet and store in a freezer container.

Cheesy Baked Asparagus 1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends trimmed 3 T. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pep per...combine and store in an airtight container) 1 T. grated parmesan cheese 3/4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese italian seasoning Line a baking sheet with some tinfoil. Place the asparagus on the baking sheet and drizzle with the melted butter. Sprinkle the house seasoning and parmesan cheese over the top. Place in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove and top with the mozzarella cheese and a little sprinkling of italian seasoning over the top. I found this on Facebook.  I would say you just mix all ingredients together place in muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
