GINGER-RAZZ MOJITO 

Muddle 1 mint sprig & 1 lime wedge in shaker


1 1/4 oz. (37.4 ml) Rum
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Raspberry Purée


*Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice *pour out over sifter into a glass filled with Raspberry Mint infused ice cubes

* fill up with Ginger Beer *Garnish: lime wheel & mint sprig
